It's Guaranteed!

Since 1985 Justin Stitches has been producing the highest quality of custom embroidery, using only the highest quality of garments from well-known manufacturers. Everything we sell is guaranteed to last. We stand behind the work we do, and all of our garments and the custom work we do on them is guaranteed against defects. Should the product have manufacturer defects, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Damages due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge by the manufacturers directly. 
 
Please note that items custom embroidered cannot be returned should the sizing be incorrect.  If you are shopping via phone and internet or ordering product not in regular stock we can send you sizing spec sheets for our items.  There is unfortunately no North American standard for sizing – all manufacturers create their own sizing models.

Embroidery and Imprinting on YOUR items:  We do the best we can to anticipate any problems or issues putting embroidery or imprinting on your items.  However, mistakes can happen – people are human and machines can fail.  In this case we will do our best to rectify the situation but it may mean the following:  Your deadline may not be met as we reserve the right to take the time we need to repair, replace or re-do the item.  We may not be able to repair or replace your item at all – in this case you will not be charged for the embroidery and be reimbursed for the item once you have provided us with a sales receipt.  **NOTE: We do not guarantee full replacement value – we have a maximum formula based on the value of the embroidery ordered - nor do we cover shipping charges.  Heirloom and irreplaceable items should not be brought in for work unless you are okay with the possibility they could get ruined as there is always a chance – we cannot reimburse for sentimental value.

Returns and Exchanges:
Email us at: sales@justinstitches.com or call us at (604)684-5105. Briefly note why your weren't satisfied so we can address the problem. We will then email you back an authorization number, return form, and address for the return. Embroidered items can only be exchanged or refunded should there be a manufacturers defect, and cannot be returned if they are the wrong size or colour. Remember to insure your package and prepay shipping as we do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments.

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds on Shipping Charges
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the item we have sent you is defective.
 
RETURN DON’T’S
Please don’t bring in the hat you bought a year ago and have clearly worn every day in the sun and salt water and complain that it has faded – that’s standard wear and tear!

Embroidery is a three dimensional medium that is a combination of thread and fabric and backing and the actual design and it’s density and the tension it creates.  It is not a perfect medium and no two embroideries, even of the same design on the same fabric will be exactly the same.  So please don’t expect it to be what it can’t be.
