Sales Tax Policy

We are required by law to collect GST for all deliveries within Canada and PST for purchases delivered to British Columbia. For all deliveries to the USA and International no GST or PST are applicable. We do not collect any other taxes.

All U.S.A. state and federal taxes, and duty will be handled by the shipping company. There are currently no duties payable on Canadian made goods shipped to the U.S.A however there may be brokerage fees. There ARE duties payable on all non-Canadian made goods shipped to the U.S.A. This varies depending on the item and again, brokerage fees are applicable.  JS does not accept return shipments due to unexpected duty and brokerage fees, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
