How Long Does It Take?

In-Store Shopping

In general:

Embroidery on items purchased in the store: 1 to 5 hours
Embroidery on items supplied by the customer: 24 to 72 hours
Photo transfers: 24 to 72 hours after receipt of appropriate artwork

The above times are based on regular retail orders (delivery times for volume orders and those requiring
custom digitizing or artwork creation will be quoted separately). We do our very best to deliver within these
timelines, however, seasonal volumes can affect delivery please call if for a current update.

Delivery and Shipping

If you require shipping:
Out of town and international orders are shipped weekly via express post
The customer is responsible for all costs of shipping, taxes and duties
Customers who require faster shipping can arrange their own courier for deliveries within Canada. International
shipments can be made only via express post prepaid and charged to you OR on your international courier account.

**Larger orders (more than 12 pieces) that need to be shipped internationally will only be shipped on your
courier account.
